All living areas (family rooms, rumpus rooms), bathrooms and kitchens (some people have two!) will be cleaned in the same price too.

- Time based service with a minimum of 2 hours in which our cleaners will do as much as they can, as fast as they can.
- Cleaners will prioritize care and detail over rushing. We maintain an exceptional standard of cleaning at all times.
- Your list of priorities or ours, decide on this with your cleaner before your clean starts. Full flexibility on what requires cleaning.
- Great for: You need specific areas cleaned or 2 hours of cleaning.
- Fixed price cleaning service, no matter how long it takes. Your cleaners can give you a fairly good estimate.
- Cleaners will follow our set, detailed checklist.
- A number of once-off extra services are also available.
- Great for: You need your whole home cleaned.
- How long do Flat Rate cleans take? As long as it takes to clean to our exemplary standards. We knock off one task after the other on our checklist according to your booking. Fair estimates are provided to our cleaners in advance. In the rare event, the estimate is off, we'll clean an hour longer at no extra charge. However, if your cleaner estimates it will take longer, extra charges may apply. These extra charges will always be confirmed with you, in line with our resolute policy of keeping things simple at SprucedUp.
It's best to choose the Deep clean add-on if you haven't had the chance to clean your home for a month. We know life can get in the way!
